Among our own people and their referrals. We interview, confirm references with previous employers, and build the file with ID and proof of address.
You meet her beforehand
We send you her details and her photo a day or two before she starts. Nobody arrives at your home as a surprise.
First day of work
On the agreed date and schedule. That day the placement fee is paid, once, and there are no monthly charges afterwards.
90 days of backing remain
If she resigns or it does not work out within that period, Maid Inn searches and places someone else at no extra charge, as many times as it takes.

We contact previous employers directly. It is not enough for someone to say she did good work: we confirm it with the people who had her in their home.

We look at experience, but also at attitude and willingness. The interview is done by the same person who will answer for that placement afterwards.
